Nanostage

The nanostage is a specially designed ultra-stable specimen stage, featuring exceptionally low drift and minimal vibrations, making it ideal for cathodoluminescence and spectroscopic analyses.

The nanostage consists of a low drift 1” sample holder on a 6 degrees of freedom nanopositioning stage. It is door-mounted to allow for easy exchange with other sample positioning devices, and is equipped with 6 SMA feedthroughs for the user to be able to perform in situ electrical measurements. Other feedthroughs can be proposed upon request. It can be retrofitted with a He/N2 free-flow cryostat, as well as 2 Smaract nanoprobing systems.
