Samuel Sonderegger

Samuel has headed Attolight since its creation in 2008 and helped to transform Attolight’s products from manual lab and FA tools into full wafer semiconductor fab solutions. Samuel holds an MS of Physics from EPFL and holds a PhD in physics from the same university.

François Requin

François oversees finances and is responsible for shareholder communication. In his career as senior finance executive, his support has been instrumental for Swiss and French subsidiaries of international sales and manufacturing operations to achieve challenging growth objectives.

Matthew Davies, Industry Applications

Matthew oversees industrial application development and manages the Säntis300 product line. Before joining Attolight, Matthew completed his Masters and PhD in semiconductor physics at The University of Manchester (UK) and spent four years in the optoelectronics industry.

Christian Monachon, Analytical Applications

Christian oversees analytical application development and managed the Allalin Chronos and Mönch products. Christian earned his BS, MS and PhD in Materials Science and Technology from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne, Switzerland. He then went on for a postdoc in the mechanical engineering department at the University of California, Berkeley.

Maïté Blank, R&D

Maïté drives and oversees Attolight’s R&D to come up with solutions that meet customer needs. Maïté is a Material Science engineer and holds a PhD from EPFL (Swiss Federal Technology Institute).

Michel Mathia, Operations

Michel manages operations and is responsible for project management and planning. Trained as mechatronic engineer, Michel has been working for 20 years to deliver products, solutions, and improvements to the semiconductor inspection and metrology industry. Over the years, he built a solid experience on cross-technology products and completed it with PMP-certified project management skills.

Nicolas Médard, Sales Analytical

During his career, Nicolas managed companies and Sales & Marketing departments. He also holds a PhD in Physical-Chemistry.
