Attolight to Present at the CAM Workshop 2025 in Halle, Germany

Join us in Halle, Germany, as Marc Fouchier-Attolight presents on defect characterization in compound semiconductors using cathodoluminescence at the CAM Workshop 2025 on May 21 at 11:00 AM.

We are pleased to announce that Marc Fouchier-Attolight will be representing Attolight at the upcoming CAM Workshop 2025, taking place in Halle, Germany on May 21–22, 2025.

Marc will give a talk titled “Defect Characterization in Compound Semiconductors Using Cathodoluminescence” on Wednesday, May 21 at 11:00 AM, as part of the scientific program. His presentation will explore how Attolight’s advanced cathodoluminescence technology enables precise identification and analysis of defects in compound semiconductor materials—critical for both research and industrial process optimization.

The CAM Workshop brings together leading experts in correlative analysis, advanced microscopy, and materials science from both academia and industry. Attolight is proud to contribute to this collaborative environment, showcasing its role in pushing the frontiers of hybrid analytical solutions for semiconductor characterization.
